Important - SMP Server

Hello

Many people lately have been wondering about why the SMP server has been down for the last week, i personally have not been saying much about it, apart from there was a problem and the problem has only got worse.

I can not remember what day it was, but when the server went down, VeryGames (Server host) transferred our server to another computer, this was to solve a problem with the servers software, which you guys may or may not know, made all of the plugins reset around a month ago, including iConomy, and MCMMO. This was good as it fixed the server, but on the other hand, it cause another problem to accur, and this was that it wiped thw whole of the craftbukkit section of the se

rver, which had all of the servers data on, - Here is the message from VeryGames support. -

As you can probably see, i now have quite a big problem on my hands, has for one, i have the map but on the other hand, ALL plugins are now lost which also means the plugin which allows chest and doors and so on to be locked is now not on there, for the people who want this in short words, this means, if i opened up server Nothing would be locked, spawn would not be protested, and also a lot of data is not there.

Please guys, Comment below, my head is buzzing with problems, and im finding it very very had to find a solution to this problem...Also remember to keep coming back to website for updates!!!

PS: On the other hand, this is another notice, if you enjoy playing Tekkit, also comment below as i might be opening a small server for tekkit in a few weeks, but i need enough people to say yes :P

Hello,

Just quickly give you a update, as within the next few days i need to decide the answer of a problem which may effect you. Lately the Pvp server has not been getting as many players on, and well i know that is not a bad thing, BUT this also means that it is now financially unstable, on the 9th on May (Only i few days away) i need to pay fore next month of the server, and as it goes i also need to pay for the smp server, but then the smp server is still getting a nice amount of people per slots....

Please can you comment with your thoughts...

PS: If it comes down to i need to close the pvp server, i will still keep all the world saves/information/plugins/donations the lot, so do not worry, i will keep all of that safe, untill i get enough donation to start up server again in the future (Which if it comes down to this, i will :P)

Also before you say, oh Sam, why don't you pay it out of your own money, well to be honest i have already put in enough money through getting servers from the last year of running them... And yh..

What you need sam is to advertise or even Give the server a cooler name but I Think it should stay.

SpamZA I hope the server stays up, i really like it and there have been a few more people playing lately with some new comers

After once again a long wait the Potion shop is now open on the Pvp server, which is located by the War zone.

99% of the people who submit a entry will get in server, as the only reason we have whitelist at the moment is that most plugins are not updated, which encludes a few important ones. Due to this Griefing is becoming a BIG problem while Admins / Moderators are offline. The Whitelist will be removed when plugins update.
